24 Emergency Breakdown Service
All our clients have access to CBC’s 24 hour, 365 days a year emergency assistance.
Our aim is to ensure your downtime is kept to a minimum, with stock available at all times. We understand that your business/production process may operate 24 hours a day and the availability of maintenance items and parts is paramount in ensuring continuous operation.
If your call is of an urgent nature we can give you the advice you need. We can even get staff and equipment on site to deal with any emergency. Whether it’s technical assistance or replacement parts that are required outside normal working hours, our Emergency Service is available. Our service operators are computer equipped, which enables them to check every detail of your requirement - stock location, manufacturer, available quantity, price - and to organise transport to your location.
